Two days ago i went to Royal Belum State Park at Perak with Rimau non government organisation (NGO), a NGO who dedicates in protecting the Malayan Tiger (Panthera Tigris). We got only 200 Malayan Tiger left in Malaysian rainforest, so this make it crucial to protect them from poachers.
We stayed in the houseboat run by the local eco tourism operator. It was good run service for us especially we come in big group to visit the place more than just one day.
Jahai indegenous people are the only community live in the Royal Belum
State Park. They have the right to the land in this park. Jahai
community at Kampung Tanhain, Royal Belum, Perak.
The Jahai childrens are eager to do art workshop and weaving workshop. They are graduating the primary community at same time as we were there.
