I JUST FINISHED MY BIGGEST MURALl!

Takes me 5 month to completes this mural, due to the pandemic. Usually mural work like this one only takes around 2 weeks to get it done. The titled of the mural " The light of the Mah Meri Surviving Material Culture", painted on the wall of teh two-storey Centre for Malaysian Indigenous Studies (CMIS), in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The model for this mural is a good friend of mine, Maznah Uyan  is a Mah Meri cultural activist who is passionate dancer, singer and master weaver from Pulau Carey.

Here is the process how i did it:











For this mural i work with outdoor polimer acrylic paints. In this mural i want to show the beautiful of aditional Mah Meri attire that Maznah often wears. And i want to the portrait to look as part of the building.
